Check whether the architectural project of the building is approved or not, from the zoning directorate of the municipality to which the property is affiliated.

Check the dimensions of the property

Check the dimensions of the property mentioned or discussed in the ad. In any case, measure the dimensions yourself.

Does the building comply with earthquake regulations?

Turkey is located in the earthquake belt. Be sure to find out if the building is built according to earthquake regulations. If necessary, ask the building inspection company for information.
