As a result of the discovery we made at home, the measurement process has been completed. We listened to our customers and decided together exactly what we wanted to do.
We presented them with our written price offer, which includes the details of the work to be done in English. There were some changes and additions made in the details.
We spent two weeks for the job details to be fully formed. During this time, we exchanged ideas.
Because what we are going to do should be done once and completed without any problems.
After nearly three weeks of negotiation and detail evaluation, the contract was finally completed. We sent them the final version of our written contract.
Hani from Texas was very happy with everything up to this point. We had gained some of his trust now.
Finally, he asked if it was okay for him to take our contract to his lawyer and show it.

We went to the client’s lawyer together with our written contract in English. The lawyer read our contract. There was nothing he could do anyway. He just duly read the contract. The contract was already prepared in such a way that both parties were fully guaranteed.
We signed our contract with a lawyer. We received our first contractual payment by bank transfer.
Right after the signing of the contract, we took our customer and went to see the materials written in the contract on site. Seeing the products in place and learning the details gave our customers even more confidence.
In our contract, a period of eight weeks was deemed appropriate, taking into account the public holiday.
Today we are about to finish the fourth week and we have less than a week to complete our work.
Our client found it appropriate to stay in their home until some of the work was completed. Later, they decided to settle in a hotel. Because a comprehensive plaster, ceiling covering and plaster board would be done. It would be impossible for them to stay at home.

We sent them step by step pictures and videos of the daily works. For the first few days, Hani visited us at our workplace on a daily basis.
Later, he must have decided that he was completely sure of us that he no longer visited us. It was enough to just inform him of the daily activity report on the phone or via whatsapp messages.
